Bitsafe is the new name for Freenom and Verotel, two disruptive brands in the transactional online business space. Freenom is the world's second largest domain registration provider with over 35 million active internet domains registered. Verotel is a registered Payment Institution processing millions of credit card transactions. Bitsafe brings these two brands together into a new service: a Bitsafe Basic Payment Account. Offering a “discreet account”, Bitsafe provides a Bitsafe IBAN allowing account holders to take part of SEPA transactions and hold domain names and other digital assets. Soon a Mastercard debit card will be added to these Bitsafe accounts.
We are currently seeking to hire a Customer Investigation Specialist (CIS). The Customer Investigation Specialist (CIS) will act as a supporting role for our Customer Experience Specialists (CES) and will report to the Sales Manager. The CIS will investigate growth opportunities at existing relationships and will identify potential new customers. He/she will be responsible for creating client- and prospect files in order to support the team in selling (additional) services. The CIS has an affinity with technical solutions and tools. These technical solutions and tools (such as company registers, domain WHOIS databases, domain name technology) will be used to further qualify the total account potential. The CIS will also monitor the processing volume, number of payments, number of refunds, number of chargebacks and will actively report on this to the responsible CES. Communication with the Sales Manager and other team managers is a big part of your day-to-day activities.
As a CIS you understand that delivering accurate prospect- and customer files in a timely manner is a major contributing factor to the total performance of our sales team and as such to the overall commercial results of our company.
As part of our services we provide payment solutions to high-risk businesses, this includes online adult entertainment websites. This means that you need to feel comfortable with adult content and interacting with the people who run those online businesses.Your responsibilities will be:
Provide accurate prospect- and customer files to the team of Customer Experience Specialists in a timely manner;
Accurate planning to ensure a consistent flow of prospects- and customer files;
Actively use internet and supporting tools to ensure the highest quality of prospect – and customer files;
Monitor the transactions of customers and actively report on this to the team;
Communication with the Sales Manager and Customer Experience Specialists is a big part of your day-to-day activities.
Has a Bachelor or Master’s degree;
Has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Is a very detail-oriented professional, who is extremely well organized and has the ability to have a “helicopter-view” at all times;
Has a personal passion for technical solutions and tools;
Is a great planner;
Is an excellent communicator and enjoys to support the team in driving results;
Gets excited by start-up culture, workspace, and development;
Is comfortable dealing with adult content;
Has very strong English communication skills.
